My favorite work-out routine
My favorite work-out routine depends on what I want to improve. At the moment I am focusing on my legs.
“I train six times a week.”
As I train six times a week I like to do a “bro-split” meaning I train one muscle group per day and one muscle group twice a week. That way I can focus on more workload per muscle group and have enough time to recover.
“My usual recovery per muscle group is between 2-4 days. With a bro-split my body has enough time to recover.”
The routine is as follows;
- Monday – Chest
- Tuesday – Back
- Wednesday – Shoulders
- Thursday – Legs front (quads)
- Friday – Bi- and Triceps
- Saturday – Legs back (hamstrings)
- Sunday – Restday
“My number one routine would be the “Romanian deadlift”. “
My number one routine that I feel improves my physique the most, would be the Leg extensions for my quads and the leg curl and leg press “Romanian deadlift” for my hamstrings.
