It is important to start your day with a good breakfast, this is key. Once your breakfast is not good you have ruined your entire day.
To the ones that say “ I do not have time” my breakfast suggestion is super easy and not time consuming at all. My porridge suggestion is really easy to make and eat in just 10 minutes! For those who have more time I have another suggestion as well.
“Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, I eat this recipe all days of the week. “
FAST BREAKFAST – Protein rich porridge
- 50 gr Oats
- Water
- Animal Whey vanilla (or another preferred flavor)
- 1 teaspoon of Peanut Butter
- Strawberries
- Microwave / or a saucepan
- Bowl
Take a bowl and add 15 grams of oat and add water. Then put it in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Let cool for about 30 seconds.
Add 1 teaspoon (20 grams) of peanut butter and 1 scoop of Animal Whey Vanilla flavor – my personal favorite – and mix.
As a topping slice strawberries in 2 or 4 and add it to the porridge. You are ready to enjoy your breakfast!
SLOW BREAKFAST – Egg Omelet
If you have more time I like to make an omelet.
- 6 egg whites
- 2 egss with egg yolk
- Salt
- Seasoning powder
- Frying pan
Mix 6 egg whites and 2 whole eggs. Mix the salt and seasoning powder and add to the eggs.
Take the frying pan and add a teaspoon of coconut oil put in the mixed eggs and spices and cook slow for about 3-4 minutes each side.
In addition with the eggs also eat the Protein rich porridge. This way you can increase your protein intake.
